    ir7095 v2 finisher

    hi all..have a problem on v2 finisher..all functions work fine apart from staple...throws up jam code 1f25...im going down the route of finisher controller pcb as cant find any mechanicle fault...any thoughts?...many thanks

    The Code refers to a timing error between sheets to the exit tray ie. 1 sheet slower than the next, if there is a Punch Unit clean all rollers to the tray, make sure the collected staples are clear, clean the Shute with alcohol and check for breakage of the Paddle Sensor Flag (FC6-6149-000) in Tray B.

      thanks for post...finisher is pushing out 1st 2 sheets then 3 rd sheet throws code only on staple

        turned out to be lose staple assembly...screws had come lose.....

          Onya Mate, 9 times outta 10 it's mechanical, cheaper than trying to re-sell a Finisher PCB .
