IR2520 black line

Hi,
we have black line on botom side of copys and printouts. The drum and development ass. we replaced without acess.
Any other idea?

Hi,
For laser problem, the image will be feint.
In this case, I suppose that you should try to adjust HV of developing, primary charging or replace HV board

Are all machine carters mounted ? An external light may cause this print quality.

hello it happen with me the same problem when i was cleaning the machine from toner dust ,what i do is i removed the laser to clean it and when i did i installed it back without install the covers of the machine where located above the laser so it gave me this problem .i installed it and the copy is turned clean and everything is okay so make sure that all the covers is installed especially the above of the laser.

Fuser???? Crash it after transfer and see what you have. I have seen fuser star wheel get caked with toner and drag unfused image. Is it a sharp line? Is it perfectly straight? Need more info. And fluff in the laser light path will give you a light line,not dark( unless its ir 5000,6570,etc...where laser discharges white area).
