Colour Registration issue, IRC3580i

Hi,
I have a colour registration issue on a Canon IRC3580i.
As a result print quality is very poor.
In particular it seems to be on the magenta and Cyan pcu's.
I have changed these out.
The transfer unit is also new.
On the transfer assembley the black latch at the rear of the unit is broken.I have ordered one and am wondering if this could be the cause.
I printed out a grid in service mode and I can see clearley that the cyan and magenta registration is out.

I am very familiar with kyocera model machines and I am wondering if there is a registration adjust on a Canon similar to the Kyocera.

One more point when i replaced the PCU's the machine went through its normal initialisation.
I then carried out a full Auto gradiation adjust.
Have I missed something ?

make sure youre getting contact on belt..check next to 2nd transfer roller on right door to make sure pin is contacting small brass square on itb

I will check that tomorrow. Now that you mention it those side doors can give trouble, (the thread for the screw breaks and the door drops). I wonder could that be the issue?

Clean the ATR sensors UN15 and UN16.

Double check these. Not uncommon on this model.
