Top bin hung up at start up, moved bin down with release lever, after restart the sorter (y2) seems to cycle trays move up and down and the stapler finds home but the error code e508-0001 pops up. Any help would be appreciated.
E508 error code is an options error code, in this case a Finisher-Y1 was incorrectly being installed on an imageRUNNER C2550. A Finisher-Z1 is the only Finisher option for this model.
