[Error Code] E061-0050 canon imagepress c1

    HI EVERYONE,

I turn the machine on and during its warming and gradation process appears this code, tech checked sensors, wires, harnesses and everything seems to be ok. says tha we have to try another drum, but we replaced the drum unit, grid, corona two months ago.

    ANY SUGGESTIONS, HELP OUT THERE?

    THANK YOU ALL...
