Hello,
I have a weird problem with ir 2520. Device is working normally but sometimes turn copies of the duplication process.I install new firmware,replace cassette lock arm stopper
Any ideas?

Clear the reader controller.

Service Mode>SCAN>SCAN READER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>RCON CLEAR. Then change SENS CNF to 1. Service Mode>SCAN>SCAN READER>OPTION>BODY>SENS CNF = 1
Power cycle machine.



Check in service mode that #SCAN>Reader>Option>body>SENS-CNF is set to 1. Also check that the height of the DADF is within specifications - Make sure that the open / close actuator is working properly. This can be checked in Service Mode; #SCAN>Reader>I/O>R-CON>P001 bit 0 for 5% degrees open, bit 3 for 25% open.

I suspect it's because it happens when the appliance is running multiple copies.When I enter 15 copy machine do the 9, 10 is not good and continued well

Today I was try the device and works fine 500 copies,
I did the cleaning reader controller trough the device is OK
I'll report back if the problem of giving.
