    where is printer located (area)

Clean or replace ALL OZONE filters periodically.
Interest should be taken to clean fan duct of dirty filters.

    Check drum heater
    Check transport duct for damage.
transport fan duct may become damaged or cracked. These leaks allow intermittent spots to occur when toner is blown back in
    Check transport fan duct seal.
If damaged, replace immediately to maintain proper air flow and operation of machine. Not all foam seals are available in the parts catalog. Foam weather stripping from a hardware store may be used as a substitute.

    then
    polish drum

After replacing the Wires (and yes, sometimes you need to replace the grid wires too) did you reset the counters in service mode? If you forget this, the controller thinks: "hey, these wires are really old, i will give them an extra boost" and fires with all his might, this results in extremly cases in arcing on the drum surface and so in spots on the printouts.

Probably spilling from pre-transfer assembly or cleaner. Are they in a pattern or random?
