    Canon ir6570

    Dear all ,

    my client called me today and told me that the Canon IR6570 give a full black paper , so i checked it and think its Primary corona so i changed it and still face the same problem ,i dobut in HV Borad but didnt try yet ,can any one tell me if faced like this problem i heard that this series of model always face like this problem is thats right ?

    I'm pointing at bad drum ground or primary arcing to ground. Did you restring the corona or change the complete assembly. I'm actually certain it's on of your charging assemblies that has a little bit of wire arcing out.

      Turn off potential control in service mode. The potential control wiring harnesses are known to cause issues on these models. See if it has an effect with it turned off. What are VL and VD in service mode? Any errors logged?(especially E-061)

        thanks for you response , yea i changed the corona's assemble and also checked the drum potintianl led ,what appear with me today is when i try to make a print test it become full black as the old figure that i attach and when i make a copy its workin fine , so i changed the DC Board after a long time of tryin so finally i solved the problem thanks again .
