    IR3180ci Lines on test page

Can anyone shed any light on these lines i'm getting on an IR3180? - machine is low mileage (around 66300) i have posted a PG12 test page to highlight the problem, machine dev unit's reading - c,y,m 3% (1036) black 13% (67261)
a new drum unit was fitted a couple of hundred copies ago,i was thinking of cleaning primary charging roller (looks like it could do with a wipe) but was unsure as its a new drum? - any thoughts appreciated.

Also should mention that a new yellow toner was fitted recently, not sure if that is significant because it seems unaffected in test image?

Other things you can look at are. Transferbelt. Primary rollers should just be replaced if there worn. Also check the secondary transfer roller.

This is what a normal PG12 LOOKS LIKE

The lightest gradation is cut off on all colors

Thanks for the advise, may have found a suspect - secondary transfer outside roller looks like this, could this be the cause? canon maintenance advises to replace on 60,000 machine has done around 66,300,how bigger part does this roller play in image formation.

If you are talking about the lines that run down the page on your sample? these are most likely caused by the fixing unit, the rollers develop flat spots over time & the symptom is lines & a slight banging sound as paper exits the machine?

The only thing is both the fixing roller and pressure roller in the fuser were replaced on 65,836?
