Canon irc3200 with c1-fiery restarting......

    [Misc] Canon irc3200 with c1-fiery restarting......

    Hi we are using canon irc3200 with c1-fiery. from last week its giving problems to me...when scanning through Color network scangear using photoshop the machine got restarting automatically. please tell me how to solve this issue.....

    u mean the control LCD go off & on ??? or the printer powers off/on ????

    Power Distribution PCB could be going bad ...

    Remove the Open Interface PCB(this is the Fiery board) in the copier / clean & re-seat it
    it could also be going bad

      Fiery is not restarting only the machine restarting in the display the canon logo will come......i have cleaned the fiery board also, there is no problem while giving print from the system....the problem occurs while scanning

        u mean every time the reader scanner moves the LCD display goes dark > then back to normal

        what happens on regular glass copies when reader scanner moves

          When making copies on regular glass is not a problem its working normaly, the only problem is scanning the document using network scangear......

            uninstall and re-install SCANGEAR



            Scangear 2.71 is usually for Color products

            Caution
            This TWAIN scan driver is a 32bit driver which can only be used with 32bit-compatible applications running on 64bit OS.


            • TheScanGear Tool cannot be started at the same time as the Color Network ScanGear driver.
            • The window displayed may differ according to the operating system on your computer.
            • If the [Windows Security Alert] dialog box appears, you need to register ScanGear Tool in [Exceptions] in Windows Firewall.







            The Color Network Scangear v2.71 has to be installed in Windows XP compatibility mode.
