i have a canon ir c3200 however i'm getting an error code E000020-01B0. can someone help me please.

That code relates to the yellow drum unit. The unit was probably damaged taking it in an out. Replace it if you are a end user.

You have to change the "Yellow" image unit,

formed. It is detected when toner supply

operation is started.

Have you checked the value for that drum unit under S/M misc yellow if over 250 then change it.
