Is anyone having issues with e-rds on these machines? Have a few out there are not registering on the portal. Com test is ok but they don't show up at the office system. Any Ideas?

serial number of the machine has to be added to ugwportal before you run a com-test. Only issue I've had with it personally. Other than that try clearing the rds data, set rds to 0, reboot and redo the rds to 1 and com test.
COPIER > Function > Clear > ERDS-DAT and press OK
