I have problem when downloading firmware IR5570
when i try format hdd,
i got notice "HDformat, if it is required, register it to the SST"





and when i try to downloading firmware
i got E244.





what should i do??
how to register HD format to the SST??

Looks like your HDD is buggered. Do you have another one you can swap out and test?

Just to verify you're booting holding 2+8 and not going into service mode > copier > Function > System > Download right?

I have tried with another HDD,
and the result same

Try a newer version of SST.

where did u get these HDD's ---U can only use OEM HDD or the exact model pulled out--FK2-4907-000 (FY3-0314-000)-
or WM2-5216-000

SST E244 is a Write on the HDD

EXAMPLE-----------
C:\Canon File Folder\SST System Software Folder\SST Files\iR5570_v42.01\iRXXXX-XXxx0012-HDFormat.ift

do u have the HDFormat.ift file registered in SST FOR THAT MODEL ????????

how u registered the 5570 firmware and it missed or it's missing in the 5570 folder under C:\Canon File Folder\SST System Software Folder\SST Files\iR5570_v42.01\iRXXXX - in the iRXXX folder u should see HDFormat folder.

if there do a re-register of firmware
