Canon IR7086 - Shows Error Code E0602-0113 While printing

Dear Sirs ,
I have 2 Copiers IR7086 . One Copier Shows error code frequently. I am in remote area no technicial can visit for repair.
So I am here for help . I know the error is reagrding the hdd ,One of a techincan told me to do some thing like scan disk on phone.
But still the problem exist .


I have some question .

1. I have attached the configuration page of both copiers ( working and faulty ) , If I perform the copy the exact Image of the working Copier to a new HDD is it going to work ?
2. If not then what i need to do ?

Also Attaching the Error Description page from manual .

Yes the HDD is failing. You can clone one HDD to another providing it is from an identical machine, but even then it’s not 100% safe.

Your best bet is to get the firmware & install in on a new HDD.

More important .. a person like me who has not much knowledge of firmware upgrate can do it ?

And sir what do u mean by it's not 100% safe ?

Hi, try clonng the drive first, what I say not safe I mean it is not 100% gauranteed to work.

I fimware is a huge file too big to send

Hi, try clonng the drive first, what I say not safe I mean it is not 100% gauranteed to work.

Get a new hard drive from Canon. Then you need to get the firmware(USB format),load it onto a flash drive and install the operating system. Any old hdd won't do. It has to be formatted and partitioned properly. Not NTFS

1. Buy a harddrive from Canon ? I think it is not possible in my poor India .. Even Canon Did not sell this the copiers in market . I brought it reconditioned dear.(3500$ / Copier) .

2. Get The Firmware .. Could you help me to to get it ?

I am very frustated .. It my One of Own copier .. At this situation it is crap for me ..

Mr. Canon.Tech Told me to try a clone .. I will do that .. And i have ordered a new HDD .

But In the mean time could you please help me can you suggest any alternet solution ???

There are checks that a trained tech can do in service mode to try to recover it. Get a tech

I agree with the guy; India is relatively a poor country, it being a member of BRIC [Brazil, Russia, India,China] economic block not withstanding. Many of their nationals continue to flood into my country here, mostly illegally, as economic refugees, under the bogus disguise of 'investors'. Always 'fighting running battles' with immigration Police.
However, for this guy who can afford to buy 2 machines at a cost of US$7,000 to claim not afford a replacement costing a few hundred dollar, say $100 is also hard to believe!
Remove the hard disk, take it to Delhi or wherever you bought the machines FROM , they will help you do something about it, at a fair cost.

come on Uganda .who wants to go there .The total population of uganda is less the people that live and eat in our jails.
