    turn on machine and code comes up for 15 seconds or so and machine turns off.help please.thanks ahead of time.

      Inspect unit before an ERROR CLEAR

      E002 - inadequate rise in temperature of fixing unit

      = 0003/ The output of the non-contact thermistor TH1
      remove fix unit > check for paper wrap around roller

      service mode
      COPIER>FUNCTION<CLEAR>ERR
      Clears error codes.
      (Cleared error codes: E000, E001, E002, E003, E719)
      Operation method
      1) Select this item, and press the OK key.
      2) Turn the main power OFF/ON.

          Chances are...

          Yes, you can clear out the code and recover.

          Or,

          You might need to replace your fuser in time.
