[Jamming] ir 3225n jamming error

hello. I am trying to get over an error jam on ir 3225n. the sensors that appear in service with jams are ps9 and ps11. unfortunately i dont know exactly where they are located and how to fix them. any help is much appreciated . ty

If you highlight the jam code in service mode>display it will show you a diagram of where it jammed.

Probably Delay Jams, PS9 is located before the Fixing Unit, Tray 1? Try cleaning P/UP, Feed & Sep Rollers, Transport Rollers etc.
Check in SRV Mode > COUNTER > DURABLES 1 > C1 & C2 for Life done on rollers, maybe need replacing.

the Ps9 and ps11 are the paper path sensors .Ps9 located below fuser and ps11 in fuser unit.Try to replace or clean all the feed rollers as this kind of jam mainly occurs due to delay in paper path.also chek the ps9 sensor flag .it gets worn out .do chek the jam code in service mode

oops u nailed that one.it can be the main reason.
