We're looking to quote a local Ford dealership with an ir adv 4000 series to replace their aging HP LJ 4100 series. We've been told by their management that they are locked into Lexmark (which is funny as they have an HP now). Just wanted to see if anyone has any canon's at a Ford dealership and what caveats you've encountered. Sorry for a non technical question but I figured I'd give it a shot.
