Is this machine new? If so I would get the people who sold it to you back out to fix it.
If not check the tyres make sure they have a decent tread on them, if it has no tread this will probably be your answer, to remove they just unclip.
Also check the paper is loaded correctly, ie good straight paper all guides up to the edge of the paper.
Next make sure your machine is showing the correct size in the tray, check on display.

I don't understand what you mean when you say
"If I put it manually , it work perfect."

Most likely he's referring to the stack bypass.

Try to load 1/2 or full ream of paper in the cassette and see if it clears the problem; my experience with this model is that when there are few papers in the cassettes it tends to cause paper jams at the pickup stage.

Yes , stack bypass works great ... I tryed with full load and half load in cassete , and with 3-4 papers ... allways the same thing.
I hear that it tryes 3 time to take te paper but it fail.
2day canon operaters are comming to try to fix it - and I will refer you with solution.

            Tnx for trying to help!

            Best regards from Serbia!
