[Jamming] paper jam on mf 4010

I have this isue--- paper jam on canon mf 4010.
Can anybody help me?

Yes you open the cover, take out the jam, close the cover, job done!

Depends where the jam is, take out the cartridge look in that area & also take out the paper & look in the pick up area. If there is a jam in fixing unit then that can be a nightmare to remove on this small model

Is in the back of cartridge, paper is blocked.

The back cover has some screwed. I never open the back cover, but i will try.
