I wasn't googling it above,

I was on Justmanuals.com and trying to find it there, (which he says it is there.), he said I didn't know how to do a search, so I showed him exactly what I did ON his site, if the manual was there, it should have came up in the search results, but most of the time I got "0" no results.

The most manufacturers only offer firmware when you are a trained tech. Firmware for MFP's is only available when you have a user account. That's why you can't Google it... If you don't know what you're doing, loading firmware can cause your machine to stop functioning. Every manufacturer has its' own way of loading firmware. I only upgrade firmware when it's solving a problem or if it adds functionality. In all other cases I just don't upgrade.

Don't try to fix it if it ain't broke....

I was not looking for the firmware on the site,

My searches were generic searches for anything dealing with the canon Image Runner copiers
