i have found this more and more out in the field especially the 2020's that run higher volumes........(JAM 010D)

there is a PAPER DELIVERY FLAPPER GUIDE (FM38062) that breaks.....see image,

when broken> have u noticed if Solenoid Link Arm pops away/out of position/ as in pic
link arm needs to pivot in the hole the red arrow points to.

the process of reinstalling the gray cover can knock the solenoid link arm out of position.
