Goodmorning everyone!
I have a certain "problem" which was forwarded to me by another.
He claims that when installing CopyEasy programm it doesnt give him the option of adding
his scanner model(4136).The current version of CopyEasy hes trying to install is 8.7 and his OS
is Windows 7.Since i've got very little experience with these models do you guys have any input about this
problem or is it something obvious hes missing?
