    canon imageclass D860

    canon imageclass D860 system error e000 can not get to reset. how do I get into service mode and what does this code mean please

    the error code is a fuser error code.. you might to call a tech to replace the upper fuser roller(film).. but you can try this first but if it does not work call a tech....execute #4 printer reset under #7 printer in service mode to clear the error...to get into service mode press addition function key and the # key to start service mode.. press right or left arrow key to move to were you want to be...

      Hello.

      Can I use this Service Mode to reset the Replace Rartridge message & Alarm light in a Canon ImageClass D861? If not how how can I stop or reset this message in servie Mode?

            what can I do? replace cartridge message

            I don't have the service manual for that one? so i do not excactly where to check or the mechanics to detect the low ink cartridge, a sensor or spring where the cartridge contact?

            I replaced for a new premium compatible L50 with seal etc and the problem continue.
