    [Error Code] Canon IR C2880 E350-3000

    Hello all,

    I am getting an error E350-3000 on a Canon IR C2880. The error code is not in the manual. I have done some searching and what I have found points to the Eco board which is not a part that you can order. Any help would be much appreciated!!!

    Thanks!!

    Check if connector J2114 became loose.
    J2114 is an intermediate connector between J1021 on the Main Controller and the ECO PCB. Try Re seating the connector /may resolve this problem.

    ==========Otherwise

    E350===Ensure connector J1213 on the Main Controller PCB is connected.

    what did u do to bring up this code ?

    swap pcb's or replace two many in conjunction loop ?

    -DO NOT CHANGE TWO OR MORE BOARDS AT ANY ONE TIME. THIS CAN RESULT IN THE EQUIPMENT ENTERING AN ERROR CODE LOOP. ONCE THIS OCCURS, YOU MUST CONTACT THE CANON TECHNICAL SUPPORT CENTER FOR ASSISTANCE.

    Counter Memory PCB, ECO ID PCB and SRAM PCB retain information pertinent to the specific engine they are installed in.
    Ensure that you never swap any of these circuit boards with another engine. If any of these circuit boards are swapped, it can result negatively in equipment performance.
