Canon iRAdv C7265i with Staple Finisher-L1 not arrange when it collate

hi,

i have Machine iRAdv C7265i with Staple Finisher L1. When i make a copy with collate it's not arranging the paper properly and if the bin is already having 500 sheets of paper it will start throwing out the paper outside the bin.
