customer is trying to print envelopes through the bypass from PC. They say it will pull one and say "set paper size". Open the side door, shut it back and it prints the same one again with same message afterwards. They have set the bypass to COM10, which is what they say they are using. I had them do this under add. functions.....Does the driver also have to be set? anyone know? or had this same issue? I am not onsite and just got an email from the IT guy.
