Hola a todos, la maquina marca codigo constantemente al imprimir, he realizado la limpieza de ( leading edge registration patch sensor), autoajuste de desplazamiento de color, ajuste de autogradacion, test print. el problema aun persiste alguna ayuda?

make sure u have the latest firmware ?



first try >>>
Cut all wire ties from the Lead Edge Registration Patch Sensor Shutter assembly to the ITB Driver PCB (right).

check to make sure that the gears and cam for the Lead Edge Registration Sensor Shutter Drive Assembly are free from toner / starter and other debris.
If so, clean the whole drive assy gears and cams and lubricate moving parts.

Remove Registration Patch sensor assembly. Clean the drive Gears and lubricate where the metal slides against metal.




Also see where the dumping is occuring and resolve that too.

If starter falls into the registration patch assembly, it may fail to operate smoothly.

Replacing the entire registration patch assembly (FM2-2156-000)
part called----------EDGE REGISTRATION DETECT ASS'Y

ok, muchas gracias lo que he realizado es retirar el obturador y esta trabajando bien, voy a volver a colocarlo y lubricarlo con aceite. tengo una duda cual es el firmware mas reciente? me parece que cuneto con la version 87.01; gracias por tu ayuda.
