ir-5000 duplex image shift

just in duplex mode the second side is shifted from side to side about 3/8 of an inch and it is consistant on every page. also happens on the glass. does any one have an idea or is it just a duplex adjustment for second side. what would the adjustment be if it is. thanks

Copier > Adjust > Feed-adj > adj-refe adjusts the horizontal registration for the second side.
