irc 3580i image shift A4 (it is crazy)

Hi everybody

I have a problem with a irc 3580i, the image shift ONLY in the two side printing operation (A4),from the third sheet ONLY in the image formed in the second side (first sheet second side is ok and first side is ok, second sheet second side is ok first side is ok, third sheet second side IMAGE SHIFT, first side is ok, fourth sheet second side IMAGE SHIFT, first side is ok, and so on.....).

It ONLY happens when the sheet is pick up from the pick up assembly number 1 if the sheet is picked up from pick up assembly number 2 or from manual tray it works right. Also it is working right in A4R from pick up assembly number 1.

I have replaced paper pick up assembly 1 FM3-0009-000

and I have cleared DC CON.


But the machine is still working wrong

Hello,

Sometimes, there are things that we cannot understand or explain.

I advice you upgrade your DCCON (and system firmware for version correspondences).

Without a lot of conviction, swap pickup motors M4 and M5.
