I have the error E12-1080 even I replaced the ITB drive motor, ITB drive PBA and sensors (ITB driving encoder sensor and ITB drivingroller HP sensor), after 100-150 printed pages.
Any idea?

make sure all 4 transfer rollers are engaged.
E012-1080 error code is for an error in the Drive Motor Encoder of the ITB unit.
(Encoder Signal not being generated within a specific period)
Basically an ITB drive issue.
Canon Case Study, a drive gear was loose to the Motor (M109) which drives the ITB Drive Roller. If the Motor M109 fails to rotate this will also cause the Encoder not to rotate as well; thereby causing the Error Code to be displayed.
CANON E012-1080 error code is displayed at start up. This code is defined as an issue with the ITB Drive Roller Encoder. The ITB Drive Roller was checked and the Encoder Sensors were cleaned, but the problem still remained. With the cover removed from the ITB Encoder, the technician manually turned the ITB drive roller gear. It was noticed that the roller would turn, but the Encoder Wheel did not. Upon further investigation, it was found that the tab on the Encoder Wheel that fits into the keyed shaft of the drive roller was broken. Since the Encoder Wheel was not turning with the shaft the code was generated.
In this case, replacing the Encoder Assembly (FM2-2161-000) resolved the issue.
This error may come up any time after replacing theyellow starter. NOTE-
When replacing the yellow starter the ITB Encoder Torque Limiter Cover and the Torque Limiter itself MUST BE REMOVED to prevent damage to the torque limiter.
The waste bottle for dumping the yellow starter can cause the the torque limiter to break if it's used when the torque limiter is installed.
If this applies> see Torque Limiter removal procedure found in chapter 7 of the Service Manual.

Another point about e012
Change in the Method of Cleaning the Inside Intermediate Transfer Belt Rollers
to Minimize E012 Error Codes
Use of cleaning solvents such as alcohol can cause the material from the Primary Transfer Rollers to adhere to the Intermediate Transfer Belt, and then transfer the material to all the other rollers. This increases the initial drive torque of the Intermediate Transfer Belt, and may result in an E012 Error Code.
when you clean any of the rollers that come in contact with the inside surface of the Intermediate Transfer Belt (ITB Drive Roller, Steering Roller, etc.), wipe them with a lint free cloth moistened with water.

Check the torque limiter. If you carefully prise it apart it is usually full of hard rusty grease, carefully clean the component parts with some alcohol, then lightly grease with some superlube and reassemble. I have seen this cause 012 codes quite a few times now...
