irc advance c9075 white lines across (look like littlte magenta) in print and copy

hello all .
I have canon IRC ADVANCE C9075 HAVE LINES ACCROSS from lead to trail edge . we replaced all color drums and developers . primary corona ,pretransfer corona ,clean all inside the machine ,new ITB belt ... but the line still there. please help . thank you very much and HAPPY THANKSGIVING HOLLIDAY.

1 You could try a different black dev.
I once had one that caused a line on all colours.
There was carrier stuck on the steel roller.
Problem is I can't remember if it was a black or white line.

2 Double check the arms for engaging your primary rollers.
The pins pop out, need to be replaced , if it is bad enough, you have to replace the whole holder .

3 Check/ Replace cleaner blade

Post a picture.
How wide are the lines ?
Are they on every colour ?

the only one line, very thin (orange - light magenta ) across colors and black & white . new cleaning blade . only old black drum . Thank you for reply...

Did you clean laser windows and dust proof lens for k?

Remove the toner door cover(2 pins), remove the inner toner door assembly(4 screws,pressure clips on K side), there is a cleaning wand attached to the inside, between the exposed toner bottles you will see square holes(laser window) insert wand 3-4 times blowing off little pad each time. Reassemble- good to go. This should be done durring regular service as a precaution

BTW-pink lines in blue area means clean cyan window, pink line in red clean yellow.

I did clean all Laser window. Did not work. When I ran Test 10 : it show WHITE LINE. In the CYAN bar ???

Each color has there own laser window, having done that pull cyan dev unit rotate mag roller if you see a void this is caused by toner clumping in unit.remove black plastic cover (2 screws) remove metal doc blade(don't worry it will go on in correct position) fold small piece of paper and scoop out clump. Reassemble

If no void in dev unit check primary roller.

All developers & drums are new (I just put all the new in there) still have the same line location .I think may be Cyan laser ... ( I'm ordering it)
