    IR3300 no feed from drawers

First of all I'm not a Canon tech and probably should have passed on this one but.......I have a customer who acquired a IR3300 from a delinquent tenant and he asked if I could take a look at it. Initially thought it was just pf rollers worn but while watching the rollers realized the pick up rollers are not turning(both drawers). The paper lifts all the way up and there is no noise coming from the feed/lift unit when it operates. Read a lot about the lift issues with these units and they look like a pain to deal with even if you know what you are doing!
Is there a simple fix to the drive of the pickup rollers? Is the drive mechanism common to both drawers? Are there used units available somewhere? Or maybe I should pass on this altogether, although I would like to keep the competition out of the office. Any help much appreciated.

Copy > Paper select showing paper in the trays? if so then chances are sl1 pickup down solenoid or m2 pickup motor are faulty. Check the connections that feed the paper feed assembly, it's a big orange connector.

      Does that stack feed work?
If the machine shows paper in the draws then they are beinglifted OK so the deck has drive to it.
Check it’s not simply paper trapper behind the cassettes, only takes a small piece trapped right in the back blocking the feed cams etc.
