ir 2318 paper jam in stack bypass

i saw that the stack bypass rubber roller stops and paper jams

is the rubber roller faulty because of stack bypass clutch or any other gear!!!!!!!!!!!!!

remove the gear with cut .will resolve for ever

could you please specify the image or part no. of the gear with cut!!!!!!!!!!!
