iRC5030 Calibration
Hello, I am Konica / Kyocera tech and would like to ask for a favour. Did Gradation adjust on machine in user mode and the machine is still tintng the prints towards yellow. Almost like overtoning. Most of the pure white gradation to grey-ish is coming with gradation of yellow can be seen on pictures of interiors of a building for example. So what are my options as I want to prepare my self for next visit?
Cleaned laser view windows > Optics > Calibration strip for flat bed scanner.
1, Calibration in user mode I have done already. Gradation advanced as well!
2, Service mode Calibration got hold of the service entry code literally right now.
3, Imaging Unit Yellow :
a, Is it drum
b, Dev unit?
Was there any known issues on devs?
4, Spectrometer calibration > I have seen this in user menu. Is this a scan with spectrometer or from the platen glass./ does it require any kind of plug-in or software to run?
Any fuser or ITB issues on these machines?
Any other suggestions for flash course
