canon ir 5075 wrinkle on copies

good day guys just want to ask if any body encounter this problem before see my attachment for sample, i already adjusted the nip of fixing rollers in 5cm and still got no improvement i adjusted the guide inlet with same result. until i decide to replace this part: delivery inner roller, inverter roller, pressure roller, delivery lower guide, internal delivery plate and also the inlet guide. with same result. i try to jam the paper between fixing and transfer but there is wrinkle on paper just hoping it was cause by registration roller. what I meant> if u put a blank sheet of paper on glass>hit print key for a copy> does the copy come out with crease/wrinkle

        good luck with solenoid

You have changed pressure roll bearings also? If not do it....come with roller using latest part number. Another thing to check....the clips on the ends of the upper fuser roller pop off, causing the plastic bushing(collar) to slide out of the bearing. The fuser doesn't load evenly.....wrinkles. Inspect these areas carefully. I have seen a worn registration roller cause creases on legal and 17 inch. Shows up around 750k. If creasing is on letter I would look at the areas that I mentioned. Probably E840 errors logged also if clip fell off(shutter hangs up). Let us know what you find...probably clip fell off.

As mentioned by Teckat, this is the time of year for crazy high humidity in paper. To quickly test this out, just take a piece of paer from the paper cassette and crumple it in your hands, if it doesn't feel crispy enough then you've found your problem. Actually, I usually bring my own pack of paper to calls like this just because some people get paper from garage sales or they store it standing up or warpped or ? If none of the previous posters ideas work then suspect the lower fuser roller is flawed, I've seen it do the same thing. I doubt it could be NIP width related unless you just replaced a roller with a generic one.
