E197-0006.
The code is defined as an error in Feed Driver PCB Drawer Connector connection detection.
Before performing the procedures in TP10 382 check connections on the relay and Main Driver PCB. In this case, all that was necessary to solve the E197-0006 was to reseat J512 on the Relay PCB.
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
