[Jamming] IR C3080 Duplex Jam's

Hi all, i'm a KM tech and i just received a IR C3080 that jams in the dupex section.
Paper comes out from the turnover unit and can't go back and jams there.
I rly want to do my costumer a favor and fix his canon also.
So, got any idea what i can try? And can anyone send me an service manuel, i can give an KM SM's.

could you provide the jam code? normally it the solenoid that fails............

Sticky sound dampers on right door. 2 lower ones that are visible and 4 behind upper black paper guide on door(these are black rubber squares used to dampen sound of diverter when it moves to position). Peel them off. Yes jam code will help

also double check that the gate guide is attached to solenoid, has a few customers manhandle machines and popped all sorts out of place while you sit there going, how the hell did you manage to do that.....

also does the machine have any finishers? (internal/external) or is it stand alone?

examine the duplex reversal area >see if the duplex flapper is stuck in the wrong position and check if the spring is missing.

Jam Code is Occurring, Only When Duplexing Copies.

adding an extra wrap to the spring for the Finisher Inlet Sensor PI 103 has corrected this issue in past.

Sry to say but it's not the sticky sound dampers, the gate guide is attached to solenoid , the spring is there and flapper is not stuck in the wrong position.

yup , it jams from all trays and on print and copy.

were do i see the jam code?

additional functions > 2+8 > additional functions > Copier > Display > Jam
time jammed, time removed, originating tray and the jam code itself.

PROBLEM SOLVED , the paper exit sensor actuator is missing
