Have you taken the Lower fuser roller bearings out and seen if they have seized? If so replace them and the lower roller. Though in saying that the 5000/5020/6000/6020 copiers didn't have that problem too often.

The E010 indicates a problem with the Main Motor, while the E014 is an indication of a Fixing Motor (M19) malfunction.

On some occasion these error codes were found to be caused by the DC HVT PCB. The 24 volt line from the DC Power Supply to the DC HVT was found to intermittently drop to 18 volts. The HVT was loading down the 24V circuit. The HVT DC PCB was replaced and the problem resolved.

First thing I'd do is pop off the motor (quite easy to do) and see if the shaft has any play on it. With the age of the machines I'd be looking at that. let's hope that you don't get a fixing connector broken, those suck.
