ir3045 dumping toner

I have a 3045 in the field that does about 120k copies per year. We went out recently because it was dumping toner....the toner was in cassette #2 and under cassette #2 on the frame.....no toner in cassette #1? We cleaned it up and so far they haven't called back (3 weeks now) but I was curious if anyone else has seen this.
