canon ir2270 door problem

Dear all ,

i have a constant problem always happen with me in these Model , the right door when i want to open it it stucks and hardly open ,so i conclude that its the heater sperator lock so i changed it and i also changed the door still facing the same problem ,any idea to stopp let it stuck when open.

the hook on the door was modified to a new style, it has a bend in it, make sure you have the new style
