Hai friends

One of my ir2870 shows paper jam in the lower right door only from second cassette ,the other three cassettes ok . When we apply an external light pressure to that door there is no problem.l had checked with different paper size ,but same problem. Also changed the pick up bush..........Jam code. 0101

Please help me......

the door and the inner guide were modified for just that problem, you can add a foam strip to the inner guide and that should help but if you look around you may be able to find the lower door and inner guide mod numbers, if i come across it ill post it

It is a modified version of lower door and steel plate fitted on the inner guide. The problem only from the second cassette.
