New to Canon service...IR3035 fixing question?

I am a trained Ricoh Tech and have been given a service call on a IR3035.
It has 75K on it (pretty low) and an error of 007 fuser error.
When I can get it to make a copy it leaves a band of nasty material through the middle of the page.
I'm assuming this is the fixing film failing?
The customer has said he wants to just replace the fuser assy. which I am fine with.

Only problem, I have never had one of these apart or monkey'd with the fuser.
Does anyone have a diagram or service page showing how to remove and replace the fuser on this model?
Or just a general walk through on the how to of removing it.
Tips, tricks and do's and don'ts would be helpful also.

Thanks so much...ordered fuser, it will be "in office" Monday morning.

Gotta remove cover by door on right, remove screws holding the door to frame and swing out. After that it's right there in front of you Remove connector cover, connectors and 4 screws. Not very difficult since you're replacing the whole unit. Contact Paul at www.justmanuals.com to see if he carries that manual.
