    IR5000 Warming up too long

my canon ir5000 warm up takes time until 15 minutes, is it normal ?

on first 3-4 minutes come error e00002 - 00001 . reset error , switch off, switch on again and warm up 12 minutes ( i always reset the error )

i have replaced a new main thermistor, sub thermistor and thermalswitch. but no change

    thank you

Pull unit 1 out of the machine and check fuser connectors on unit and on frame for small pieces of paper. I assume you've found a way to see if both lamps are coming on.

are you on a cheater plug or on a 20 amp line. Check line for right voltage. Plus neutral to ground . It does take along time to warm up from cold. There are two energy options in two diff areas to look for in the options area . Additional functions/ etc

Check the heater lamps H1 and H2 and does the mains voltage correct for the machine ?

          AC Driver

Check fuser wire harness for pinch or damages
          - Shim the rear side connector

Make sure the main (fuser) drawer latches correctly when the drawer is slid in.

Check SW2 ( Front Door SW ) at J1415 pin 6 which is connected to the Anti-rush Current PCB. J1415 is a 9 pin connector located under the Left Upper Cover at the Rear and has all red wires. If SW2 is the reason, you will have 4.5 VDCon all 9 pins except pin 4, it goes to the HVT and it will be 0VDC.
Note:You should have 24VDCon all 9 pins in a normal condition. If the issue happened just after the machine was moved, check J1405 which is located just to the right of SW2 under the control panel and is a 2 pin connector with both having red wires.

Note: The J160 connection for SW2 is what tells the machine the Front Door is closed.

Ive seen the upper bearings and bushings are so worn they give you these problems. Shot in the dark...?
And like provisos posts the connector on unit one behind the fuser has poor contact/ broken...

i checked my heater lamp (H1) 600 Watt. my machine 110 volt.

maybe it is the problem. i read the manual service. that H1 must be 700 Watt .. is that true ?

Normally it is 110 / 115 Volts - 600 Watts (both lamps are 600 Watts.

You can trip the interlock for the front door and you can see the lights in the fuser come on and off by the way. AC Driver in my experience has always given an e00x code. The only time I've had this sympton the fixing/feeding connector on the machine side was broken. That severely sucked to change. They did modify the connectors at one time.
