good morning:
I have problems with the code goes IP7000 E0020-0293 I've revised everything stated in the manual but it works for a moment, about 20 prints and comes out the code.
at other times the message goes adjusting temperature goes fixing the code any help please

Sub hopper toner level sensor 1 (M)/ have u inspected it / also the stirring blade
Primary Corona wire and Grid replaced
toner feed screw

Check COPIER>DISPLAY>DPOT>VFF if your value for M is higher than all the other colors (400+) you have a bad LASER FM2-4887-000.

(normal range is 200 ~ 300)

Some have been successful in removing the top cover and cleaning the polygon mirror, this has brought that value back down to normal levels.

I've the same problem!!!
I have replaced :drum,laser assembly,wire,grid,developing assy,starter,rail that move the developing assy,subhopper.....
For the moment I put airn-off at 1 so exluding all the controls and they can work.
Now I'm going the tray with potential control and hopper assy.........but I'm not sure about the result....
