Hi,
We have a Canon IPC6000 with SLA and click contract. At the moment it seems to jam the paper after 20-30 sheets (regardless of drawer, POD deck, paper type, etc.)
The technician can't seem to identify the problem and we have a huge pre-christmas workload to get done.
What I was told is that a recent firmware update ensure the machine gave a jam error rather than a critical error that shuts the machine down. So sometimes there is a jam, but when i check in service mode the details are blank.
Eventually after several jams the machine prints a sheet that is out of register CMYK-wise (colours are offset on print), spits out two sheets from the double sheet bin at the end, then gives the following error:
E000075-0001-05
I then have to switch the machine off, back on and start from beginning again.
Sometimes the jams are different places and I do get a jam code that points to sensors at the pre-fixing assembly.
Really need help, desperate at this stage!
