why does this e602-003 code keep coming back to haunt me. i formatted it twice on this one within 3 weeks and extended the energy saver mode. anyway i can turn energy saver mode off or should i be looking into replacing this hdd. has 1.4m thanks t

Replace HDD and reload sysytem software.
This is only thing which can resolve your problem with HDD. -
I concur replace the HDD and reload system software, check to find if the system software has been upgraded as I found out for the Ir2200/3300.
I was using 26.44 when they are now at 45.01
