    ---------------
    1-are prints light ?
PDL prints are light, but copies are normal. ==If this issue occurs, adjust the Density Setting under Additional Functions>Printer Settings>Settings>Print Quality.

2-are both prints & glass copies light ?

3-is it light when using DF ?
DF White Level 1 and DF White Level 2 adjustments in service mode
To perform adjustments, place a customer's original on the Copy Board glass, enter service mode level 1 ( * 2 / 8 * ) > Copier > Function > CCD, highlight DF-WLVL1 then press OK. Adjustment will execute automatically. When the indication of OK occurs, adjustment is done and checks good.

Then taking the same customer's original off the Copy Board glass, place original in the document tray of the DADF-M1 document feeder. Highlight DF-WLVL2 then press OK. The document feeder will pull the original down to the slit glass of the copier. Adjustment will execute automatically. When the indication of OK occurs, adjustment is done and checks good. Original will exit document feeder.

If an indication of NG (No Good) occurs for either or both adjustments, there is a possibility that the CCD Unit or Reader Controller pcb are malfunctioning.

what print driver has issue ? if applies to issue

check for a damaged high voltage connectorFH2-9246-020

try to adjust the Primary Corona manually by incresing/desincreasing the wrapped of the Corna wire
