iRAC 5051 uneven copy for k only

Does everyone can help me for a iRAC5051 this get a uneven copy & print at b/w , I try to change k drum , k developer , itb unit , k hopper & 2nd transfer roller .When change the k hopper the print become normal ,few day ago this become uneven again .

If you look carefully at the pg10 print, you see, that cyan is fading too, go for laser unit2 (the right one) and clean polygon mirror and the other mirrors thoroughly

I also try to exchange 2 laser before the resault is the same & the k developer roller surface is blance.

Hello,

The developing assembly may not be well installed. The front side could not be in contact with the drum because you have not taken out the waste toner bottle when installing the dev assembly. This is a very important step.

So, Take out the waste toner bottle and reinstal the dev assembly.

Has the Developing Pressure Plate been checked or replaced

did u stop the pg10 image to view on drum surface before transfer
run solid colors to check all colors

Did u Check transfer bias connections for any damage

Has the ITB Unit been checked with regard to the primary transfer roller engagement and disengagement
primary transfer roller lift mechanism is operating properly


Check if Black Set On Buffer Assembly { Hopper } stops turning before toner tube is completely opened.

YES= Replaced Set On Drive Assembly

Check the connection for the black toner supply clutch

Today i replace the set on drive unit , drum drive unit , exchange deveoper motor , drum motor the problem is the same.
pg 16 at itb unit is even !

PG16 what is that----------

u should be doing PG 5 - Full half-tone/ checking for uneven density
did u check Dustproof Glass

or a PG 4=■16 gradations


if ITB Image is good> u need to look at separation before delivery =Secondary Transfer Outer Roller

After installing the Secondary Transfer Outer Roller, make sure that the bearing holder can rotate.
Make sure that the spring on the Duplex Unit side is not skewed.
When replacing the Secondary Transfer Outer Roller, execute the service mode COPIER > FUNCTION > CLEANING > TNR-COAT.

At the last time change set on drive unit & main drive unit !!
