    Canon C2225 Trailing Print

    Hi Guys,
I have a Canon C2225 with only 38,000 copies on it and it it leaving very faint shadow of the print on the black text lines only, the color is not trailing at all.
I performed the "cleaning inside of machine" diagnostic and it actually helped, but i know that will not fix it. Any ideas?
    Thank you,
    Doug

Is this on glass copier only ,?
or on network prints ? Or both ?

If on glass are u using auto-color or full color ?
    Should use auto-color__

If on prints--use UFR driver ?

Thank you for responding quickly: It is doing it on the glass and from the computer(print).
did use auto color to try it on the glass, and I have the UFRII driver installed. This is a really odd problem, it is almost gone but you can still barely see it.

Yes , I forgot to mention, I performed 2 "full adjust" procedures.
Should I do any more? How many should be done?
          Thank you,
          Doug

I have to admit the IRA 2000 series are shocking, I am actively trying to get every model out our fleet.

I have even started experimenting - rebuilding the drums with a new OPC cyclinder, no luck yet though

When they go they float too much toner, upstream brush and all....

If you want a reliable, color matching, kickass machine, the ir adv c2000 series is not the machine for your needs.
