Canon IR 2030i feeding from both cassettes

Interesting problem......Copier is jamming due to both cassettes feeding paper at the same time. Have'nt seen this problem before on this model and found nothing in the Canon knowlagebase on this issue. Sensors seem to be ok and have been cleaned. Probably main board issue.... Any ideas?

update the firmware.

update the driver.

buy a new control board.

There's modded pickup assemblies for these btw. Solved one of my problems.

control board was the fix......reflashing firmware didn't help. Thanks again.
